Creating outreach activities to our underprivileged communities of Osceola, Orange, Seminole, Polk, Hillsborough, Highlands, county.
Action Taken
We provide wound care, warm meals and non-perishable food items to families in need. Assistance with transportation, entrance cost, and items needed in the rehabilitation center. During the program’s length of sixteen months, we provide the extra basic necessities to support the individual during the program with continuity of regular visits and help with the transition and integration to society.
